home cooking…
The weather’s warming up and so is the furnace at the fire arts center of chicago. Come see what’s cooking at the first open house of the season: Chicken, Beer, and an Molten Iron. Who says cole slaw is the best side dish with chicken?
We have a variety of demos planned and you can find out the answers to all your other burning questions…and maybe get some chicken and beer in the process. The event takes place on May 13 starting at noon. The basic schedule for the day is as follows:
Noon - 2:30pm: Forging Demos
3:00pm - 4:00pm: Iron Melt Demo
4:00pm - 6:00pm: Stone Carving Demo
We will post more details soon, so be sure to check back about how to get in on the action. We look forward to seeing you at the studio. Need directions? Check out the location page. Contact us with any questions you may have.
